1. Pre-Orders

A Pre-Order is an order placed for an item that is not currently available in our on-hand inventory but is expected to become available through an upcoming shipment or supplier order.

Pre-Orders are accepted on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis and are subject to product and supplier availability.

2. Reservations

A Reservation is a request to set aside an available or incoming item specifically for a customer.

Reservations are handled on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis and are not considered secured until the required payment has been received.

A Reservation is for SETTING ASIDE the requested item(s) only. It does not mean that the customer's order has been prepared, packed, or made ready for pick-up, shipping, or release.

Reserved orders will not be prepared or packed until the customer's balance has been PAID IN FULL and payment has been confirmed by Trendsy Code.

The required down payment secures the item(s) for the customer; it does not constitute full payment or initiate order preparation.

3. Pre-Order & Reservation Payment Requirements

A minimum 50% down payment is required to secure a Pre-Order or Reservation.

The down payment will be applied toward the customer's remaining balance and confirms the customer's commitment to the order.

However, full payment may be required for orders that are bulky, heavy, oversized, or otherwise result in higher shipping, handling, or import costs.

Trendsy Code reserves the right to determine when full payment is required based on the size, weight, quantity, shipping requirements, and other costs associated with the order.

The customer will be informed if full payment is required before the Pre-Order or Reservation is confirmed.

4. Cancellation

Once a Pre-Order or Reservation has been processed, the down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE if the customer cancels the order.

For orders requiring full payment due to the size, weight, or nature of the merchandise, the applicable payment is also non-refundable once the order has been processed, except where otherwise required by law.

If Trendsy Code is unable to fulfill an item due to supplier availability or another issue on our end, the applicable payment for the unfulfilled item will be refunded.

5. Remaining Balance, Missed Deadlines & San Jose Pick-Up

All remaining balances must be PAID IN FULL before a Pre-Order or Reservation will be prepared, packed, shipped, released, or made ready for pick-up. A Reservation is for setting aside the item(s) only and does not mean that the order has been prepared or is ready for fulfillment.

For SAN JOSE PICK-UP orders, customers must complete their remaining balance by the payment deadline communicated by Trendsy Code for that week's transport. Orders that have not been paid in full by the applicable deadline will NOT be prepared or included in that week's San Jose transport.

If the customer misses the payment deadline but still wishes to proceed with the order, the Reservation may remain active to allow the customer an opportunity to complete the remaining balance. Once payment has been received in full, the order may be prepared for the NEXT AVAILABLE SAN JOSE TRANSPORT. Payment after the deadline does not guarantee same-week transport.

If the customer chooses to CANCEL the Pre-Order or Reservation instead of completing the remaining balance, the 50% down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE once the order has been processed, except where otherwise required by law. The reserved item(s) may then be released and made available for sale to other customers.

If the customer neither completes the remaining balance nor communicates an intention to proceed within the final payment period provided by Trendsy Code, the Reservation may be cancelled and the item(s) released for sale. Any applicable non-refundable down payment will remain forfeited, except where otherwise required by law.

6. Pasabuy Requests

Pasabuy allows customers to request products from the Philippines that may not currently be part of Trendsy Code's regular on-hand inventory.

Customers are encouraged to provide a direct product link whenever available so our Philippine team can accurately identify and purchase the requested product.

The link is used for product identification and sourcing purposes only. The price displayed by a Philippine retailer, marketplace, seller, or other source does not represent the final Trendsy Code Pasabuy price.

7. Photo-Only Requests Are Product Sourcing Requests

Pasabuy requests submitted without a direct product link and with only a photo or screenshot as reference will be considered PRODUCT SOURCING REQUESTS.

When only a photo is provided, our Philippine team may need to spend additional time and labor researching and locating the requested product. This may include identifying the exact item, contacting sellers, searching online marketplaces, visiting stores or markets, checking availability, and verifying the correct size, shade, variant, formulation, or packaging.

Because Product Sourcing Requests require additional work beyond purchasing a customer-identified product, additional sourcing and/or handling fees may apply.

Providing a direct product link whenever possible helps reduce sourcing time and the possibility of purchasing the wrong product or variant.

8. Pasabuy Quotations Are Estimates Only

Any Pasabuy quotation or price estimate provided when the customer confirms an order is AN ESTIMATE ONLY AND IS NOT THE FINAL PRICE.

The estimated price is provided so the customer has an approximate cost when deciding whether to proceed with the request. However, not all costs associated with importing the product into the United States are known at the time the order is confirmed.

9. Final Pasabuy Price

The final Pasabuy price will be determined after the products arrive at our facility and the actual applicable costs have been established.

The total landed cost may include, but is not limited to:

• Product cost

• Product sourcing and handling

• Philippine domestic transportation or shipping

• International cargo and shipping charges

• Import duties

• Customs-related charges

• Carrier and processing fees

• Other applicable costs associated with sourcing and importing the merchandise

Trendsy Code may be required to pay import duties and other import-related charges before the cargo can be released and delivered to our facility. These charges may not be known when the customer's original quotation is provided.

For this reason, the original Pasabuy quotation cannot be considered the final selling price.

10. Remaining Balance & Price Adjustments

Once the products have arrived and the final applicable costs have been determined, the customer's order will be adjusted accordingly.

If the final price is higher than the original estimate, the customer will be responsible for paying the remaining balance before the product is released, shipped, or made available for pick-up.

By confirming and paying for a Pasabuy request, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• The initial quotation is an estimate only.

• The final price may be different from the original estimate.

• Import duties and certain other costs may not be known until the shipment reaches the United States.

• The customer is responsible for the final adjusted balance associated with their requested item(s).

11. New or Previously Unstocked Products

For products that Trendsy Code has never previously carried or imported, any price provided before arrival should be considered an estimate.

Because there may be no previous landed-cost history for the product, the final selling price can only be established after the merchandise arrives and all applicable sourcing, shipping, import, duty, and related costs are known.

12. Availability

Submitting a Pre-Order, Reservation, or Pasabuy request does not guarantee supplier availability.

Availability may change before our Philippine team or supplier is able to secure the merchandise. Orders will be fulfilled based on actual availability and the order in which qualifying payments were received.

13. Customer Acknowledgment

By submitting payment for a Pre-Order, Reservation, or Pasabuy request, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, including all applicable payment, cancellation, sourcing, estimated-pricing, final-pricing, and balance requirements.
