SHIPPING DAMAGE POLICY
We take great care in securely packing all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, once a package is picked up by the shipping carrier, responsibility for damage, loss or theft transfers to carrier. We are not liable for items damaged during transit. Should your item arrive damaged, Please take photos immediately and file a claim directly with the carrier.
